My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite spacious but had insufficient storage with no drawers, making it not safe for us and our items in some of the rooms. While the service was good overall, the staff are poorly trained and not very responsive to inquiries. The location, although unique on top of a shopping center, was a bit confusing, especially for first-time guests. The dining options were hit and miss, and the facilities were lacking in some aspects.
